​​Non-Refundable Hold Date Deposit (will be deducted from balance fee): 
Weddings: $500
All Other Events: $250

​Downstairs Only​​
minimum of 4 hours
(Time begins at 8:00 am and ends at midnight)

Monday- Thursday: $75/hr
Friday/Sunday: $100/hr

​Downstairs and Courtyard​​
minimum of 4 hours
​(Time begins at 8:00 am and ends at midnight)
Monday- Thursday: $100/hr
Friday/Sunday: $125/hr

Saturday (Full Day Only) : $2000
​
​Use of Building for Photo Shoots
$75 per hour of use
(up to 5 hours- after 5 hrs full event rates apply)

​Prepayment is required to book your photo shoot. 
Clean up is required.

(We cannot book photo shoots on Fridays-Sundays more than 30 days out from desired date)

​Wedding Packages

Bronze Package

Complimentary vendor listings, downstairs ​only ceremony & reception
​ (maximum 200 people) from 8am-midnight on the day of your choosing. 
​

Silver Package

Complimentary vendor listings, upstairs ceremony
(maximum 150 people) & downstairs reception  
(maximum 200 people)
on the day of your choosing, chairs, & benches, large upstairs bridal bath with complimentary bridal toiletries & welcome package, beautiful antique furniture for photo op and decor pieces, optional white sheer curtains in front windows.

Gold Package

In addition to the amenities of the Gold Wedding Package, you will have access the full day prior to the wedding from
8:00 am  to midnight
​for ample decorating time, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner.

 All events at The Opera House Event Hall include:
Refundable Security Deposit (will be returned if no extra charges or damages)
Weddings: 
$500 
All other events: $250  
Set up of a maximum 20 round tables, 200 chairs, 6-5ft rectangular buffet tables, and 2 antique bars. Use of catering area with complimentary microwave, freezer/refrigerator, ample counter space.  Use of outdoor courtyard. Amenities include: free WiFi, men's and women's handicap accessible bathrooms, complimentary strung cafe lights downstairs/courtyard, portable PA system, and 7' portable projector screen. You are provided one (1) free half hour planning session prior to your event.

When you are ready to book your date, your $500 Non-Refundable Rental Deposit & signed Rental Agreement are due (Remaining deposit & layout are due 60 days prior to your event).
